Bauer Gear Motor is part of the Regal Rexnord Corporation, a global leader in solutions for industrial power transmission and factory automation. For our site in Esslingen, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us as soon as possible in a full‑time position (40 hours/week) as: Senior Site Controller (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility for the Finance organization at the Esslingen site, including functional and disciplinary leadership - Ownership of finance standards, governance, and group-wide processes (including RBS / SOX environment) - Owner of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and US GAAP - Overall responsibility and coordination of Accounting, Tax, and Compliance activities (including tax filings and reports) in close cooperation with internal and external partners - Coordination of statutory audits and US GAAP audits and acting as the central point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel - Continuous development of management reporting to support the financial steering of the site - Close collaboration with the Shared Service Center (Slovakia) to ensure a stable and timely month-end close - Spa...
