Building Location: East Range Hospice Department: 2874010 HOSPICE - EAST RANGE Job Description: Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care (if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions. Education Qualifications: This position is casual with an on call obligation - BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required Licensure/Certification Qualifications: - Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment.
