Leidos is seeking an Systems Engineering Manager to join the Air Traffic Business Area within the Homeland Sector , supporting the development of the Leidos Common Baseline . Common Baseline is a mission-critical, future-ready automation solution built on a hybrid cloud data mesh architecture. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of 12–15 systems engineers, developers, and DevSecOps personnel within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment . This role serves as a front-line manager within an Agile Release Train (ART), responsible for delivery execution, staffing, and alignment with program objectives supporting mission-critical systems. You will work alongside cross-functional teams and technical leaders to deliver predictable outcomes in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
