MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Subject Matter Expert Budget Project Management to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission, including providing technical, programmatic management, environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Functions: - Provide the technical expertise to assess Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRLs), Phase 6.x Process, relevant DOE Orders (e.g., 413.3B “Program and Project Management (PM) for the Acquisition of Capital Assets), Federal/DOE Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Processes (PPBEs). - Integration support activities including assessing and recommending workflow processes to distinguish between the activities required to manage NNSA-HQ activities with those required to manage projects in the field. As directed, providing a liaison between NNSA Offices/Programs, other department offices and outside organizations. - Track progression of line-item construction projects through such programs as Facilities Info Management Systems, G2, and iManage. - Constr...
