Location Facilities: Employment type: Full-time City: Kissimmee: Address line 1: 809 Bill Beck Blvd (Facilities) Job category: Professional Support Staff - Non-Bargaining: Required qualifications, skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (architecture, engineering, construction, or management preferred) from an accredited institution; OR Certified General Contractor OR Certified Construction Manager and High School Diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Bachelor’s degree; OR Six (6) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Associate degree; OR Eight (8) years of professional or technical experience in educational facilities design and construction with the High School Diploma.
