Position Summary: The District Team Lead is responsible for providing support and coverage to Branches and assisting with process improvements and implementations that are part of the Retail Experience portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience with member experience and service and sales culture. They will have a knowledge of consumer need for products that enable financial stability and growth and demonstrated ability to deliver results. Experience in proactively establishing and maintaining positive relationships with members and team members.
