Summary: This Quantitative Analyst is responsible for assisting our corporate and private equity clients with quantitative modeling for evaluating and structuring transactions. This role collaborates with DLA Piper lawyers and clients on transactional matters requiring financial modeling support, proforma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, IPO S-1 models, and merger consideration spreadsheets. Responsibilities: - Creates and audits capitalization tables. - Designs and prepares economic analyses. - Designs and prepares analyses of allocations/distributions for LLCs and partnerships. - Supports price per share calculations associated with equity financings, stock option grants, debt/equity conversions. - Constructs liquidation waterfalls based on various deal scenarios. - Constructs payout spreadsheet deliverable that ties underlying capitalization data to the transaction structure as...
