We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning/Skills and Coaching Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives within Life Sciences and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enablement and learning, ideally knowledge of MEDDPICC and the Allego platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving professional growth, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent: 7 Years of Relevant Experience, ideally in both Sales Enablement and Sales Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation Global experience which includes cross collaboration with functional teams and senior leadership Proficiency in MEDDPICC: It would be great if you also have . . .
