This Opportunity Provide overall leadership for the internal consulting team, driving its strategic direction and ensuring delivery of high-impact transformation projects (e.g. M&A integrations, global HR transformations) that support WSP’s organizational priorities. This senior role establishes an agile, “bench” model of project managers and change leads that can be rapidly deployed across regions to tackle significant change initiatives. Your Impact: Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define the team’s mandate and service offerings , aligning them with WSP’s Global HR Strategy & Transformation goals and broader business objectives. Establish standardized methodologies (e.g. Lean/Agile) and governance processes to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery across the globe. Portfolio & Resource Management: Oversee the prioritization and execution of the team’s project portfolio, including M&A HR integrations, HRIS implementations (e.g. Horizon), and organization-wide transformation initiatives .
