We currently have an opportunity for a Training and Recruitment Officer to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in building capability, ensuring training compliance, and supporting safe, high‑quality service delivery across our hospital operations. Reporting to the Support Services Operations Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. This role in supporting the Bathurst Operational team in the delivery of services to the client. Occasionally and where service demand dictates, assistance may be required at the Orange-Bloomfield campus to support the trainer at this location. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Leading and coordinating mandatory, onboarding and competency‑based training, ensuring all employees remain compliant with NSW Health and Downer requirements Developing and maintaining training plans, schedules and competency sign‑off processes, identifying gaps and partnering with leaders on solutions Delivering engaging training sessions, inductions and refreshers, both one‑on‑one and in group settings Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from workforce p...
