We are headquartered in the center of the Netherlands in Gorinchem but we service an build all over the globe. We have a diverse mix of experts in engineering, production (local and global), quality and project/product management. Together we aim to serve our internal and external clients with out of the box solutions. The role: We are looking for a dedicated Manager Civil to manage all the Civil activities within Damen Civil and Modular Constructions. You will lead a team of approximately 20 people in the Netherlands with the same number working abroad. You will report directly to the director and are responsible for the daily operations of the departments, executions of the projects, development of product lines such as training, consultancy, yard management and yard constructions.
