Job description

Supports the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of data and analytical pipelines for the Payment Services operational, executive, and control/monitoring dashboards. Monitors, tracks, and reports on Payment Services organizational statistics, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly KPIs. Applies data mining and statistical methods on data sets to extract actionable insights. Creates easy to understand visualizations to communicate information extracted from data to support all departments operational requirements in Payment Services. Performs ad-hoc data analysis per business user’s request. Understands and maintains multiple data sources and streamlines the reporting process. Produces and distributes a variety of dashboards and other reports to payment services leadership and executive teams which reflect current and historical volume. Identify opportunities to create and enhance the reporting of the control and monitoring process dashboards and efficiency measures.
