Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Leo Payload Radio team is responsible for the software and services for Payload Mode Management, Paylaod phased Array Antenna (PAA) platform, Payload Radio Link management. This team oversees the development of architecture, solutions, and a roadmap for managing embedded systems within payload, as well as applications for space maintenance, telemetry, over-the-air updates, and various other features. As the Software Development Manager of this team, you will guide a group of engineers in addressing these challenges, while also focusing on team development and upholding a high standard for delivery quality.
