The Project Superintendent at XL Construction plays a critical leadership role in managing all aspects of field operations on a construction project. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Superintendent ensures positive project outcomes by effectively managing people, materials, schedules, and safety practices from preconstruction through completion. This position requires deep construction knowledge, exceptional planning and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships across teams.
