Grounds Maintenance Certification Requirement CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator) If they do not have a current certification, they must be able to obtain one prior to May 20th, 2026 (Palomino park covers the cost of materials and the first attempt at the exam. if employee leaves within one year, it must be paid back). Specific to Palomino Park: Safety and Security: Checking interior and exterior buildings for any structural integrity issues. Checking for Glass breakage. Checking for damage to doors and enclosures. Checking for safety issues in the PPOA common grounds and fence line. Appropriate signage. Repairs as needed.  Keep the grounds in a clean and attractive manner.  Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping and grounds daily.  Cleans sidewalks and disposes of debris and trash properly.  Assist other staff with larger maintenance repairs or projects Upkeep and Repair of Buildings and Common Grounds (included but not limited to) Pool area within the fence line - Handle basic preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
