NaphCare is hiring an experienced and motivated Health Services Administrator (HSA) to join our team of medical professionals in the Alabama Department of Corrections - Montgomery Women's Facility in Montgomery, AL. As the Health Services Administrator (HSA) for NaphCare, you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to directs the business and operational side of the medical units within the facility(s), ensuring the medical operations are well managed and staff are meeting NaphCare policies, guidelines, and expectations. Responsibilities: The Health Services Administrator (HSA) is responsible for financial management, compliance with regulations, staff supervision, and optimizing patient care to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health.
