This role is responsible for leading healthcare transformation efforts to bring Platform thinking and capabilities internally to Mayo Clinic staff – the Shields Enablement Program. The Sr Director, Shields Enablement will report to the Shields Enablement Administrator at Mayo Clinic Platform and will work collaboratively with key leaders across Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Platform. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure overall success, growth and operations of the program. Position Overview: The role is responsible for leading the growth and management to bring Platform capabilities in digital solution development and deployment capabilities and services internally to Mayo Clinic staff.
