Join the Voyago team as an Operations Supervisor and play a vital role in managing our On-Demand Transit service in the Durham Region! Your Role: Operational Oversight: - Manage the daily operations of transportation services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and company policies. - Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage during regular operations, vacations, and sick leaves. - Cover driving runs as required to maintain service continuity. Team Leadership & Performance: - Direct and support drivers and staff, monitoring performance through site visits, incident/collision reports, and follow-ups. - Provide input for annual performance reviews, address issues promptly, and promote employee engagement through regular meetings. - Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires. - Track and support employees through license upgrades, from initiation to completion. Collaboration & Support: - Serve as the primary contact for support teams including Maintenance, HR, and Health & Safety. - Coordinate with Health & Safety to arrange required training. - Maintain strong communication channels to support team success and ensure compliance.
