In this role, you will shape and execute the multi-year vision for our customer self-service portal used across air and ocean freight as you operate at the intersection of commercial, operations, and technology. Collaborate across the organization: Heading up a product squad of junior and senior product managers, you will be central in driving the divisional vision for our customer-facing self-service portal. This means you will own the roadmap and ensure that the platform and its underlying services deliver measurable value to customers, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders.
