Description As a Lawn Sales Representative at ABC Home & Commercial Services, you will promote and sell our full suite of lawn services, including lawn maintenance and lawn care, to residential homeowners and select commercial properties. You will play an essential role in growing the Lawn Division by identifying prospects, understanding their outdoor needs, and recommending customized service solutions while providing exceptional customer service and representing ABC with professionalism and integrity. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform onsite lawn evaluations for residential and commercial customers. - Identify turf issues such as weeds, disease, insects, bare spots, and drought stress. - Recommend services including fertilization, weed control, aeration, top dressing, irrigation improvements, and seasonal programs. - Communicate products and service features/advantages/benefits clearly and accurately. - Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, and inperson visits. - Prepare simple estimates within 24 hours and complex estimates within 48–72 hours. - Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service. - Complete all required...
