Director of Workforce Development & Community Education SCOPE OF WORK: To oversee and direct the programs, operations, and services of the Workforce Education Center including the development and marketing of training programs for business and industry partners to support workforce needs. This position reports to the Vice President of Academic & Workforce Education of NHTI - Concord’s Community College. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Oversees the programs, operations, marketing and services of the Workforce Education Center with responsibility for supervising staff and overseeing all aspects of the Center’s operations. - Develops strategies and an implementation plan for the structure, organization, direction, policies, and services of the Workforce Education Center program. - Works collaboratively with CCSNH leadership, college peers, and institutional colleagues to develop a system-wide marketing, promotion, program deployment and program implementation efforts. - Provides educational programming and guidance to support the needs of adult learners, underrepresented populations, workforce training, and transitioning populations. - Fosters the creation of collaborative networks and to maintai...
