Job Description: Pulmonary APP, Outpatient (NP or PA) Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a dedicated, full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Pulmonary Hypertension Center within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in Burlington, MA . What You'll Do: In this vital role, you'll work closely with our pulmonary physicians to provide collaborative care for our pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary fibrosis patients . Your responsibilities will span: - Inpatient Hospital Care: Managing and treating patients within the hospital setting. - Outpatient Clinic: Conducting follow-up visits and managing care in the clinic. - Patient Population: Caring for adult patients of all ages . - Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday-Friday , with a rotating weekend call schedule.
