Qualifications & Requirements: - High school diploma - Manual painting experience in an assembly shop environment preferred. - Ability to properly mix industrial paints per written procedures and regulations. - Ability to manage time in a manufacturing environment. - Ability to read prints. - Ability to properly utilize required PPE & follow all safety processes and procedures. - Ability to safely utilize hand tools. - Demonstrates quality work through accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. - Exhibits efficiency in problem solving by identifying & resolving problems in a timely manner. - Exhibits adaptability by positive response to frequent change, delays, or unexpected occurrences. - Contributes to building and participating in a positive team environment. - Demonstrates Liberty’s support by following policies and procedures.
