Mission Brief The Director of Group Accounting is responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and transparency of all group financial reporting. This includes managing consolidation, driving accounting governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a key financial counterpart to internal and external stakeholders. Your Role in Our Space Mission Financial Reporting & Consolidation: - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements (HGB/IFRS). - Ensure accurate , timely , and complete consolidation of all group entities. - Develop and maintain group accounting policies and reporting standards. - Cooperate closely with Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and local Finance teams. Accounting Compliance & Governance: - Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal guidelines. - Oversee the internal control system (ICS) related to accounting. - Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors and authorities. SAP S/4HANA & Process Optimization: - Act as key functional owner for SAP S/4HANA in Accounting . - Optimize and harmonize accounting processes across the group. - Demonstrate strong hands-on mentality in operational and system topics.
