Summary: The FM Critical Operations Supervisor – Electrical provides day-to-day operational leadership and technical governance to ensure the safe, compliant and reliable performance of all site electrical infrastructure. This Monday–Friday role is accountable for overseeing electrical operations, coordinating major works, maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance, and supporting STACK’s unwavering commitment to 100% uptime and concierge-level customer service. The position participates in a rotating on-call roster to provide after-hours escalation, ensuring timely response to electrical incidents or abnormal conditions. The Supervisor leads the Electrical workstream across all shift teams, providing expert escalation for complex electrical issues and coordinating key activities such as planned shutdowns, switching operations, fault response, energisation/de-energisation activities, and return-to-service (RTS) validation. This role ensures that all electrical training, competencies and authorisation requirements are met and maintained.
