Description Valor Healthcare is looking for a passionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team at the Veteran Affairs (VA) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Bowling Green, KY on a part time basis. In this role you will be working in our primary care/case management team seeing an all adult veteran patient population.
