Job Summary: Monitors Security systems and performs duties of Officer Security when directed. Shift Availability: - Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Grave Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Duties/Responsibilities: - None - Performs specific security duties as outlined by the Security Department policies and procedures to ensure the protection of all company assets as well as the safety and welfare of guests and team members. - Monitors all systems in the Security Office including but not limited to the fire alarm system, access control, surveillance, radio traffic, phones, email etc. - Enters Team Member information into the access and key control systems. - Maintains shift activity log and prepares reports as required. - Answers calls to security operations and the security podium. Will dispatch Security Department personnel as required. - Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures. - Handles patron’s inquiries and complaints and will solicit the support of a Supervisor Security as necessary. - Performs as an Officer Security when directed. - Responsible for creation, issuance/tracking and/or replacement of Team Member Badges, Temporary Gaming Lic...
