Job Title: Senior Operations Business Project Lead Summary: Responsible for the planning, managing, and ensuring the success of Salty Supply Chain portfolio and network projects by partnering with various cross-functional groups to support The Hershey Company’s priorities. Projects will include Network Relocations with or without Capital Spend, Quality & Regulatory Compliance updates, low complexity commercialization initiatives, and other high complexity projects initiated within the Supply Chain. Responsibilities: - Project management process expert - owns project execution, including project initiation, project type & tier identification, and knowledge of applicable project processes - Provide a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of projects for regulatory updates, graphics changes, manufacturing network changes, and other high complexity supply chain driven projects - Partner with, or acts as, Business Case Owner (BCO) to facilitate key decision making, remove roadblocks and outline risks to drive the projects forward through Stage Gate Process - Actively manage schedule, scope, resources, and budget - Utilize information provided by t...
