Your contribution: You maintain and continuously enhance our quality management system and process landscape with a clear focus on BSI C5 compliance and ISO 9001. You define, adapt, and monitor processes in software development and related services to ensure full conformity with BSI C5 controls and ISO 9001 requirements. You plan, execute, and document internal audits and actively support external audits, including preparation and follow-up of findings. You ensure that all process and quality documentation is correct, complete, up to date, and fully audit-ready at all times. You work closely with the Senior Regulatory Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the unit.
