About the role: As Plant Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, attending monthly (or weekly, during mobilization) calls, supporting technicians with on-site issue resolution, and providing monthly plant performance summaries to the engineering team. You will be responsible for scheduling and planning work to reduce downtime and ensure team safety, as well as assisting customers with budgeting and issue resolution estimates.
