Job Type: Full-time 12 month contract Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000 + On Target Earnings between $3K - $9K The base salary compensation for this position is determined by a combination of skills, experience and is aligned to the market in which the job is posted. Key Responsibilities: Subject matter expert for retail real estate lending including more complex credit situations. - Provide an exceptional member experience for all member interactions. - Work with members for all their mortgage needs, including mortgages, s-loc’s and bridge loans. - Meet the unique needs of each Member by providing sound credit recommendations and solutions at all levels of complexity, including offering appropriate creditor protection products. - Meet with members to assist them in achieving their mortgage needs and actively refer to branch/partners to deepen the relationship. - Advise and support member/clients in consolidating their financial assets at the credit union and refer business to appropriate team members as required. - Resolve customer issues and administrative requirements (draftin...
