Prepares food according to recipes, menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served. Compiles and maintains records of food use and expenditures. Follows and implements HACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements. Essential Functions: (5%) Education : - Prepares and serves food to customers and/or patients at an a la carte and/or grill station. (50%) - Reads food order or receives verbal instructions, and cooks food according to menus, special dietary or nutritional restrictions, or numbers of portions to be served.
