Stakeholder Engagement & Representation 3. Technical & Contractual Support 4. Reporting & Internal Coordination 5. Market Intelligence & Business Development Support - Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (engineering, environmental, legal, financial, commercial, construction, O&M). - Support all project lifecycle phases: feasibility, RFQ/RFP preparation, preconstruction, development, and early execution stages. - Ensure timely preparation , consolidation, and submission of technical and commercial deliverables. - Monitor schedules , risks, budgets, and project milestones, reporting regularly to Madrid HQ. - Serve as Sacyr’s primary representative with partners, clients, advisors, local authorities, and community stakeholders. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, regulatory bodies, institutions, and potential partners....
