Registered Nurse (RN), Medical & Housing RN/OT – (OPSEU): Full-Time, Permanent (Benefitted) This posting is the result of a current vacancy. London, Ontario (London Zone): We believe that recovery from mental health and addictions is different for everyone. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll collaborate with clients and provide guidance to the clinical and multidisciplinary teams within our housing departments, to assess and advocate for the supports they need to achieve physical and mental wellness. Our Nursing Team works with community and hospital partners to provide excellent collaborative care, focusing on social determinants of health. This role performs a variety of functions including administration of psychotropic injections, health teaching, medication reconciliation, coordinating appointments, providing diabetes care and lifestyle supports to afford clients the ability to achieve success with their recovery goals. Within the Housing Department, the RN will support residents living in congregate as well as independent and youth housing environments.
