Job Description: Penn Mutual is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering and supporting field enablement technologies within our Information Management and Technology organization. This role is accountable for driving the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions that enable business outcomes and enhance the experience of our customers. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in software engineering, experience leading and developing high-performing teams, and an understanding of the Life Insurance domain. Success in this role requires the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology stakeholders, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and partner closely with product leaders to align priorities and execute effectively against them.
