What you will do: - Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production - Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise - Act as a key interface between Business Groups and production in a cross-functional environment - Ensure alignment of module development topics between projects and the fab - Manage potential conflicts constructively through objective, solution‑oriented communication, particularly in challenging discussions at the interface of development and manufacturing - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, supporting their professional development What you will need: - Master's Degree or PhD in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar discipline - Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials - Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology - Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment - Team player with a strong drive to achieve success - Very good communi...
