Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Waterford Place - Greenville, NC 27834Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayThe HVAC Service Technician employee is responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks: Servicing and maintaining HVAC units, performing make-readies, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance, expediting service requests and all associated maintenance tasks required to ensure the health, safety and comfort for residents. The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for creating and maintaining excellent public relations for the corporation and for the community. Responsibilities: Expediting make-ready maintenance: Check appliance operations. Change light bulbs. Repair minor electrical problems. Change a/c filters. Change locks. Repair window locks. Make minor plumbing repairs. Perform other maintenance tasks as required by the condition of the unit. Carpet repair. Plumbing: Repair dripping faucets. Clean stopped sinks, tubs, toilets, sewer lines. Maintain a/c, boilers, heating units. Pool Maintenance: Backwash filters. Vacuum pool. Skim pool. Maintain required chemical levels.
