MEPPI’s Switchgear Division (SWGD) is seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering activities that support continuous process improvement and operational optimization. In this leadership role, you will drive efficiencies across facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel—maximizing capacity, productivity, safety, and quality throughout Switchgear manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do: Lead Manufacturing Process Optimization : Provide engineering leadership to develop, standardize, implement, and document efficient manufacturing and material handling techniques for new and existing products, including prototypes. Create and maintain standardized assembly procedures within the Division’s manufacturing engineering systems. Standardize & Improve Workflows : Oversee workflow optimization and establish standardization across shop-floor tasks and manufacturing activities to improve consistency and efficiency.
