Super Technologies is scaling, and we’re expanding our P&T Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for an experienced Tech Sourcer with a passion for discovering and engaging high-impact Product & Technology talent across global markets. What you’ll be doing? Responsibilities. - Proactively source and identify top talent for Product & Technology roles (Engineering, Product, Data, QA, Design, Platform, Security, PMO, etc.). - Build long-term talent pipelines for critical skill areas and future hiring needs, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards and talent communities. - Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to evaluate technical alignment and motivation while serving as a primary ambassador for Super Technologies’ culture and values. - Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements...
