Job description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve equipment issues - Commission, start up, and perform operational checkouts of newly installed systems. - Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems. - Consult with customers regarding installation and operational concerns. - Conduct equipment acceptance testing. - Maintain detailed service reports and documentation. - Diagnoses mechanical and hydraulic failures with minimal supervision. - Provides customer training as required. - Comply with all NOV Company Policies and HSE requirements. - Perform related duties as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or GED preferred. - 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in oil and gas - Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, and power drills required. - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency with computers, Microsoft office suite and ability to learn other necessary applications.
