Description Position Summary: The Market Leader develops new business in a defined market, enhances brand presence, and expands market share. This teammate maintains long-term relationships, analyzes industry trends, and leads projects from inception to completion. The Market Leaders also optimizes operations, monitors efficiency, and drives growth in design. Essential Functions: - Strategic & Market Leadership - Develop and refine go to market strategies for assigned sectors, including positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation - Forecast market demand and identify emerging trends, technologies, and client needs to inform studio and practice strategy - Guide pursuit strategy through Go/No-Go evaluations aligned with firm priorities and resource planning - Client & Relationship Development - Expand the client network by attending industry conferences, professional associations, trade events, and community functions - Facilitate client feedback sessions and post occupancy evaluations to strengthen relationships and enhance service delivery - Coordinate with cross disciplinary leaders to ensure seamless integration of design, technical expertise, and client serv...
