The main responsibilities will include: - Investigate enquiries, complaints and promote compliance enforcing the requirements of relevant legislation and regulations. - Customer service skills responding to enquiries, complaints, appeals and general correspondence from internal and external stakeholders. - Animal handling skills, the collection of animals and investigation of dog attacks. - School crossing supervisor, provide supervision and ensure safety of children and the general public in accordance with council regulations and relevant legislation About you: Benefits of working at Frankston City Counci...
