Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Proposal Specialist in our Costa Mesa, San Diego, or Sacramento, California office, the opportunity to work remotely may be available at the discretion of the Company. The Marketing and Proposal Specialist supports the development of compliant, compelling, and client-focused proposals and marketing materials to advance business development efforts across the region. This role coordinates moderately complex pursuit activities, ensuring all components from planning through delivery are completed efficiently and in accordance with Geosyntec’s standards. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and writing skills, as well as initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and technical staff across the region. This position allows for remote, hybrid, or in-office work, with a preference for candidates in the Pacific time zone who can occasionally travel for on-site collaboration.
