Jr Asset Manager Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. ​ Position Summary: The Jr. Asset Manager will play a critical role in managing and analyzing our rental property investments, with specific emphasis on reporting and analysis. This role involves regular collaboration with upper management, the finance department, and operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the asset life cycle to ensure operational excellence and bottom-line optimization. To achieve this, close collaboration with the OPS team, including site visits, will be required to ensure alignment between OPS operations and Asset goals.
