Network Automation Engineer III, Network Delivery Implementation

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Go, Python. - Experience with IP backbone (routing protocols, IP addressing, management and control planes, etc.) or optical network (DWDM, OTN, coherent transceiver, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - Experience with planning and designing networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.). - Experience in developing and maintaining software services, tools and automation frameworks that programmatically analyze and troubleshoot global-scale core networks (IP backbone and optical network) and their supporting systems. - Experience creating requirement and design documents for scalable and software services and frameworks. - Ability to write SQL scripts and query data structures to retrieve network and process diagnostic information. - Ability to influence others with data-driven engineering and operations skills.
