Staff Technical Producer GAQ127R42: San Francisco, CA: Databricks is looking for a Staff Technical Producer to lead the execution and evolution of our internal live and hybrid production capabilities. This role is focused on delivering high-quality experiences for employee communications, executive broadcasts, training, and internal events . You’ll operate at the intersection of live production, broadcast engineering, and internal tooling , ensuring our teams can communicate effectively at scale. In addition to running critical productions, you’ll define the workflows, and standards that power internal media across offices and remote environments globally. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical depth, operational excellence, and the ability to support a wide range of internal stakeholders.
