This role is a key driver of workforce strategy, employee engagement, and operational performance , partnering closely with Executive Directors and leadership teams to impact occupancy, resident satisfaction, and team culture . This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on HR leadership with strategic consulting in a multi-site environment within the growing senior living industry .
