You will support the project team in refining standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) by: - Creating and maintaining work instructions and enablement materials to drive process and ServiceNow adoption - Supporting project management by advising on cross-topics, ServiceNow usage, and end-user feedback - Consolidating backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient project execution - Leveraging AI tools to streamline content drafting and proofreading, while pr...
