Job Description To strengthen our manufacturing team responsible for instrument manufacturing and consumables we are looking for a Production Supervisor (m/f/d) In this role you will focus on leading our manufacturing operation team within the instrument manufacturing division at Agilent Technologies, located in Waldbronn, Germany. You will be responsible for production KPIs and continuously improve the production environment. Your major responsibilities: - You facilitate the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new or existing products and technologies. - You establish and/or implement business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of the production organization. - You lead manufacturing teams along the Agilent values to reach departmental goals like production capacity, product quality, on-time delivery, and gross margin development. - You work closely with quality groups to ensure strict compliance with manufacturing practices guidelines. - You prepare documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures. - You may manage the new product introduction process, in...
