Senior Recruitment Partner UK & EMEA Department: Enabling : People and Development Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Spain: Reporting To: Global Head TA: Description: We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver end to end recruitment solutions across the UK and EMEA, which are key strategic markets for the company. This role combines hands on recruitment delivery with strategic input and the continuous enhancement of our employer brand and candidate value proposition. You will play a critical role in enabling business growth in these regions by attracting and hiring high quality, diverse talent aligned with our organisational priorities. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership: - Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for senior, specialist and critical roles across UK and EMEA - Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in these regions, providing guidance on hiring strategies, role scoping and talent availability - Challenge, influence and advise stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, inclusive and sustainable hiring decisions -...
